By submitting your personal information through the registration form on our Shareholder Hub, you acknowledge this will be collected by ACCR in order to allow us to lodge shareholder resolutions. If you register in this program the information we collect may be provided:

1. as the Corporations Act requires, to the company secretary of a target company. It is impossible for us to control what the company secretary does with this information; and,
2. to save overload, other organisations we know are lodging resolutions similar to those lodged by ACCR with similar target companies.

ACCR is committed to protecting your personal information, and will only collect, use, disclose and store information in accordance with this collection notice and our privacy policy.
