ACCR Company Engagement South32 Ltd

South32 Limited is a global diversified metals and mining company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.

South32 shares were first listed on the ASX in 2015, after the company was spun out of mining giant BHP. South32 operates across five countries and has a portfolio of quality assets producing bauxite, alumina, aluminium, base metals and metallurgical coal. South32 also has secondary listings on the Johannesburg bourse and the London stock market.

We are proposing to put forward a resolution to South32 as part of our work on the Say on Climate initiative. We are also proposing to file on South 32’s membership of industry associations that actively undermine effective climate action in Australia.
